Preparing for admission to hospital
Compassana enables patients to prepare for their admission to hospital conveniently online. They can use the app to confirm their master data, update their medication lists, answer relevant questions or select additional services. All of this information is transferred directly and securely to your system. This means that documents no longer have to be compiled one by one, which significantly reduces your administrative workload.
Clear courses of treatment
The Care Path Editor allows clinical treatment pathways to be mapped in a modular and structured manner. Automated reminders – such as instructions to fast before procedures – reliably support patients in their preparations and increase adherence to treatment. Additional modules such as questionnaires or Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) can be seamlessly integrated to specifically expand care and obtain valuable data for quality measurements.
Discharge information
When the patient is discharged from hospital or their treatment has been completed, the relevant discharge information is transferred back to the Compassana app automatically. This includes their latest medication details and all discharge documents – plus a copy of the invoice where required. This means that your patients have access to all key information centrally and digitally in a single location.
