Changes to the privacy policy Compassana app 1.6
There have been some small changes in the privacy policy of the Compassana app.
- We deleted the place of birth in “4.1 Master data” because we do not process it.
- We have reorganised the information under “4.2 Insurance data” and made it clearer by adding the sub-sections “Types of insurance data”, “Registering via your insurance account”, “Retrieving insurance data” and “No transfer back to insurance companies”.
- We have made section “4.3 Medical data” easier to understand.
- We have added further cases to section “6.2 Identification vis-à-vis third-party providers”, in which we use your master data to be able to identify you clearly and to assign services to you securely.
- We have renamed section “6.3 Storing and sharing medical documents” as “Storing, sharing and receiving medical information” and added additional content as appropriate.
- We have added a new section entitled “6.4 Delivery of copies of medical bills”. Please note that this has meant that sections 6.4 to 6.6 have been moved back without change and are now numbered 6.5 and 6.7.
- We have added a new service under section “6.8 Renewal of prescriptions and reordering medication”.
- We have added “6.9 Ada Assess (symptom check)” as an additional on-demand service.
- We have added a medication ordering service as a further option under section “6.9 Ordering medication”.
- We have provided more specific information on data backups in section “7.1 Other purposes” and added this as a separate subsection 8.
- We have renamed section “7.2 Disclosure to public authorities” as “7.2 Mandatory disclosure to public authorities and third parties” and have provided more specific content.
- We have provided more specific detail (limited) regarding the purpose of the data processing in section 8.
- We have added a reference to automatically generated back-up copies in section 9, “How long do we process personal data?”
- Section 14 explains how we provide information about amendments.
