Showcasing our ecosystem partners: Medgate

Since August 2024, the digital health company Medgate is another ecosystem partner of Compassana. Thanks to innovative digital health solutions, Medgate, the provider of medical telemedicine, brings doctors to where patients need them. The focus is on the well-being of patient and the benefit to society. Medgate and Compassana are jointly pursuing the goal of improving integrated healthcare in Switzerland. In concrete terms, this means that Medgate relies on the Compassana platform for its consultations in order to gain an insight into patient data that is relevant to the treatment. A shared database enables networking with other Compassana partners, for example in primary care. Patients also benefit from having easy access to various healthcare services in the Compassana app, as well as the relevant information from their telemedicineconsultations all in one place.

Medgate was founded in 1999 and has been operating the largest telemedicine medical centre in Europe since 2000, giving it exceptional experience and extensive knowledge in telemedicine. Medgate Switzerland has approximately 300 employees, including over 130 physicians.
