New features in the Compassana App 2.9
In the latest version of our application, patients can now reorder medication and renew prescriptions.
What do the two new app functions “reorder medication” and “prescription renewal” mean for patients?
- You can now simply send a prescription renewal request to your doctor via the app.
- You can now easily reorder medication with a current prescription. Collect them from a pharmacy or practice or have them conveniently delivered to your home.
- You can now also send repeat orders for medication directly to your doctor.
The service is available from all healthcare professionals who also offer “secure messaging” in the app. You can filter for this function in the healthcare contact search.
