And the best thing is, patients decide for themselves whether they want to reorder their medication from their GP’s office, their favourite pharmacy or online.

One of the most important pieces of treatment information is medication. This is recorded in the Compassana patient app. The list now also serves as the basis for reordering medication and prescriptions.
And this is how to reorder medication or a prescription with Compassana
- Save your doctor's office or pharmacy as a favourite (only necessary the first time).
- Enter your medication list by scanning the barcodes on the packaging or the QR code of an eMediplan.
- Select your medication and click Reorder & renew.
