This partnership marks an important step in the further development of integrated care in the Swiss healthcare system.

Thanks to the collaboration between Medi24 and Compassana, it will be possible for medical information from the Compassana Med Cockpit to be incorporated into telemedical consultations from January 2025. This will give Medi24 specialists access to relevant patient data, such as information on medications billed via the insurance company or reports from medical specialists provided by the patient - of course only if the patient has consented to the relevant data being viewed via the app. Medi24 sends the relevant information from the telemedical consultations to the patient on the Compassana app. Other service providers connected to Compassana can also view these telemedical recommendations in the Compassana Med Cockpit: This improves collaboration thanks to a shared database. Patients also benefit from having all the relevant information from their telemedical consultations in one place in the Compassana app, in addition to easy access to various healthcare services.

The seamless connection of telemedicine and digital health data enables efficient and needs-orientated care, which increases both treatment efficiency and patient safety.

Medi24 offers a comprehensive service around the clock. The team consists of 250 qualified doctors, nurses and customer service staff who carry out teleconsultations, advise patients on medical issues and provide a 24/7 telephone service for emergency and practice telephones.

"We are delighted that the topic of integrated care continues to be characterised by dynamism and innovation. The scalability of telemedicine, coupled with the exchange of relevant medical information, harbours enormous potential for improving care. Such innovations are only possible through the cooperation of strong partners," says Maximilian Kuhn, Chief Sales Officer of Medi24.
